These events will be sent out via email, will be talked about at the meeting, and will be on this webpage as well. If you cannot attend due to the reasons listed above, you must email the secretary immediately.

*If you are studying abroad OR you are interning away from College Station, you may be excused from the semester. When you find out that you are studying abroad/interning, you must email the secretary early in the semester that you are missing (i.e. If you are going to be gone during the Spring semester, email the secretary in January or February). You will not be penalized for missing the semester.

Phi Eta Sigma asks that in order for you to get your "excused" semester to be considered active, you must attend 2 meetings, and gain 2 social points and 2 service points  during the semester of your return!  Once you have your 2 meetings, 2 social points and 2 service points, you must email the secretary to say that you have met the requirements to get your "excused" semester to be considered "active".

***If you are going to be abroad OR interning during the semester of your graduation (i.e. You are graduating in Spring of 2014 and you will be interning away from College Station during the Spring of 2014), you must meet the 2 meetings, 2 social points, and 2 service point rule THE SEMESTER BEFORE YOUR "EXCUSED" SEMESTER!

When you email the secretary, please include: 1) your full name, 2) your UIN, and 3) the semester you were inducted into Phi Eta Sigma! This will help them to answer the common questions for points and cords.
